WorkAxle Selected by Certis Group to Power Next-Generation Rostering System Across Singapore and Australia
The platform will help modernise workforce management across frontline operations of Singapore's leading integrated security and operations solutions provider.
MONTREAL, 20 August 2026 — WorkAxle, an enterprise workforce management platform, today announced it has been selected by Certis Group, Singapore's leading provider of integrated security and operations solutions, to deliver Next-Generation Rostering System (NGRS) and support workforce management for Certis's operations across Singapore and Australia. The companies announced the agreement at a signing ceremony on 30 July 2026.
WorkAxle was selected for its flexibility in supporting Certis's long-term technology roadmap, avoiding the constraints of a rigid system that dictates how operations run. This follows the evaluation of custom development, legacy platforms and other cloud systems by Certis. The NGRS platform's maturity and scalability gave Certis confidence in its long-term suitability, and WorkAxle's experience within the SAP ecosystem, an ecosystem that Certis's existing systems draw on, supported a lower-risk integration.
"Their focus on building a strong digital foundation is why we were chosen."Luc Hédou, Chief Executive Officer, WorkAxle
"We are proud that Certis selected WorkAxle for this project. Their focus on building a strong digital foundation is why we were chosen, and we are committed to supporting their rostering operations across Singapore and Australia as they grow," said Luc Hédou, Chief Executive Officer, WorkAxle.
Why workforce management sits at the foundation
Workforce management sits at the foundation of frontline operations for Certis. It determines the deployment of officers to duty posts and further serves as a record that other systems rely on, governed by labour rules and collective agreements that Certis sets and maintains. At Certis, deployment decisions carry distinct licensing, clearance and jurisdictional requirements, where an error in recording can result in a compliance issue. WorkAxle's NGRS allows the Certis team to configure and update those rules directly as required.
"Our One Workforce vision is about bringing people, AI and robotics together to work seamlessly as one. Achieving this starts with having the right digital foundations in place. NGRS will give our teams greater control and agility in managing the complex labour rules, collective agreements and compliance requirements that underpin our frontline operations. We chose WorkAxle because we believe technology supporting the frontline must be built around the realities of frontline operations, while providing the flexibility and scalability to support how our workforce evolves in the future," said Yeo Teck Guan, Group Chief Technology Officer, Certis.
