There’s certainly no shortage of “badges” in enterprise software. In fact, it seems like press
releases and logos crowing about the latest certification, partnership, and alliance pop up every day. So much so that it can be tough to separate the wheat from the chaff... to discern what’s a PR play and what’s an actual game-changer.
WorkAxle is now a certified Workday Innovation Partner (Silver), Design Approved.
This isn’t just a logo on a slide. It’s the result of a deep integration effort, a rigorous design review, and an invitation to join a very selective program that Workday extends to only a small number of partners.
Workday selected WorkAxle based on the strength of our scheduling platform and the alignment between what we’ve built and where enterprise workforce management is heading. In many ways, this certification doesn’t just validate our product; it also validates our commitment to quality.
It confirms the vision we’ve had since day one.
We started WorkAxle because we saw a clear gap in the market. Most workforce management tools weren’t built with frontline teams in mind. They were either stitched onto legacy platforms or designed solely around compliance rather than taking usability, flexibility, and operational flow into account as well.
So, we made a decision early on to focus exclusively on workforce management and create a platform of “ands” – compliance and configurability, deep functionality and ease of use, back-office excellence and end-user intuitiveness – from scratch.
This approach meant we could take a fresh perspective on the market, free from the distractions, dilution of purpose, and dated code bases that hold other legacy WFM platforms back. As a result, every line of code, every integration, and every feature is designed to improve the daily experience of employers, frontline workers, and the customers they serve.
This focus is also why the Workday partnership makes so much sense. Enterprise buyers today are building flexible ecosystems that enable them to leverage best-of-class solutions that integrate deeply (and easily) with the enterprise systems they already have in-house and trust.
We built WorkAxle to integrate where it matters most. We’re cloud-native, with AI woven directly into the foundation rather than tacked on after the fact. And our integration with Workday isn’t just live and proven in the field – it has now been formally reviewed, tested, and approved by Workday’s own team.
For enterprise buyers, that means they can count on a solution that fits into their ecosystem from day one and scales without surprises. And that translates into less risk, less friction, and faster time to value.
For our team, it means we can step into any Workday environment confident that we’re ready to connect, scale, and solve the problems that matter most.
So, this isn’t just a milestone for WorkAxle. It’s a moment that confirms we’re building the right thing, at the right time, for the teams that need it most.
We’re thrilled about what this certification unlocks, and even more excited about what’s next.
If your organization is navigating complex workforce challenges and looking for a platform that’s purpose-built for scheduling, time, and forecasting, we’d love to show you what we’ve built.
