We are a rapidly growing global SaaS software company specializing in Workforce Management solutions. Our innovative platform is designed to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee engagement for organizations worldwide. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and help drive our company to new heights.
The COO will play a critical role in the overall management and operations of the company. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the company’s ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our WFM solutions. The COO will work closely with the CFO on financial forecasting and reporting, act as a delivery executive on key projects, manage customer escalations, grow the team, and enhance the partner enablement program.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across various departments.
- Ensure that operational processes and systems are scalable and efficient to support rapid growth.
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage financial forecasts and produce accurate financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Implement and oversee financial controls and procedures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Project Management:
- Act as the delivery executive on key projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Oversee project management teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Manage project risks and ensure project objectives are met.
Customer Success:
- Handle customer escalations and work to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Identify and recruit top talent to support the company's growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and professional development.
- Implement performance management and employee development programs.
Partner Enablement:
- Enhance and manage the partner enablement program to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to expand the partner ecosystem and drive mutual success.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
- Continuously assess and improve operational performance to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial forecasting and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and delivering complex software solutions.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong customer focus with a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in building and managing partner programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
