We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of WorkAxle. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and have a proven track record in delivering successful SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy for WorkAxle, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer success, to gather requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable.
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, adjusting as needed based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Actively manage and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to all relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate the performance and usability of WorkAxle, identifying areas for improvement and driving the development of new features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and direction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, soliciting feedback and incorporating it into product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of workforce management, scheduling, and time tracking software.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Experience with product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience with mockup tools like Lucidchart
